Jake is a young guy the son of my best lender! He joined my business last summer and has been helping me a lot!
Our arrangment is that he is part time for me and on his own the rest of the time ..I am nearing retirement/slowing down ??whatever we do.
I realized early on that he has a huge sphere of influence! He is fully licenced now in Idaho and Oregon and is taking his first listungs.

we are having a decent amount of business with a surprising year end flurry, but no, this isn't "get home at 9 pm eat dinner throw laundry in and go to bed " busy.
This is going to be fun to watch!
