The area designated between Montevideo bordering San Ramon Valley Rd and Alcosta has many designations; Caso San Ramon, Paseo San Ramon, Sunrise, Rancho Ramon, San Ramon Village, Country Club, California Classics, Town & Country and Royal Vista. The variety of names was made by the many builders in the area.
This is a very popular area for both new home buyers and retirees. This area has probably more one story homes than any other area and good size yards in most cases. With three elementary schools in the area, is another reason young families find this San Ramon neighborhood so desireable.
Currently there are only four homes on the market rangining in price from $520,000 to $1,199,000. Ten homes are pending ranging in price from $649,999 to $1,050,000 and in the month of November 17 homes closed ranging in price from $530,000 to $855,000.

These numbers are quite impressive with the average sales price up to almost $700,000. In just a little over a year sales prices are up on average 18%.
