Working in the land biz for the last 15 years has always been fun and a great way to be in the Real Estate business but in the last few years its just been so quiet... I mean I like hearing the birds and crickets etc but come on now...
I am interested to find out what other land sales people are experiencing in there markets.
- Are land sales improving or still stagnant?
- Are you finding any lenders for just land sale?
- Are you still seeing to many foreclosures to get fair comps?
