SCORE??? what SCORE????

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams - Norco CalBRE 01312251

Does a higher SCORE in activerain makes You a better REALTOR of lender?

If You were a buyer or seller............  Would You go with the one with the highest score? Is this person better? Or would You go with the one with the lowest score? Maybe the person with the lowest score spends more time marketing your property and getting the job done vs. the person scoreing high in activerain and lacking in other fields like marketing, prospecting, followup etc.

Maybe the person with a 6 figures score is the person to list with(?)

What do You think?

Score just moves you up the chart, so if someone was searching your area for an agent, your picture and bio will be at the top. Not much different than naming your business ABC so-and so, just so your in the front of that section of the phone book! Sometimes it's first come, first to serve. Also, your writing may indicate to buyers just how well you know the market, and your area. Wearing that purdy cowboy hat doesn't make you a better agent, but it will get you some cowboy business!

Good point there Michael! My thoughts exactly! I want to be able to "get to know" the people I do business with. I think those that really put themselves out there on a consistent basis are the ones who will go the extra mile to get my business as well.

Just my humble opinion!

To your success,

Susan

Cowboy Gonzalez - I don't think scores shouldn't affect how great of an agent you are, it just means in this social media community you have done alot of community stuff on here to get your profile more exposed.  Its the same way with Google Paid Links and the Yellow pages..just because you pay lots of $$ to be the very first link or spot doesn't mean they are the best.

In a humble (non-agent) cowgirls opinion, having a BIG score only means you have more time on your hands than some other people. I wonder why??? maybe because they're not as good as they think, or they'd be busy with their clients and have less time to spend plink'n keys on the keyboard!! Just an honest observation!!

  Cowboy UP !!
