Ralph You just have to do it. If you wait until you are 100 percent ready life will pass you by.
Ralph - no one is ever 100% ready. Those that wait for that never start. One of my coaches calls that syndrome "Getting ready to go to work"
Ralph - You're spot on - and if we don't push ourselves beyond that comfort zone, we can't achieve success! It's uncomfortable only briefly - but, then, you feel like you've moved mountains when you get through it!!
