Real Estate Inspiration, Good Times Are Now!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Equity Group, Inc.

I heard Dave Liniger, the founder of RE/MAX speak in person today in Portland, Oregon. This guy is good. In essence he said our success in this market boils down to ATTITUDE, A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

I know that sounds simple, and I wish you could have heard him in person, but he was right.

This is the best time in four years for buyers, especially for investors. In addition to what Dave said, my mortgage broker called today to let me know rates had dropped again below 6 on a 30 year fixed.

So contact the sphere. Let 'em know, Good times are here!

Attititude relates to everything we do, both positive and negative. The trick is to never let the negative overwhelm the positive.

Perception is reality.  Our attitudes shape not only the moment but our future success.  It is also contagious.  Thanks for a great reminder for everyone out there.  Spread the word.  The public only hears the negative spin from the media that often has nothing to do with our own local markets.  They need to see the real estate industry challenging that perception.  This energy and positive outlook will attract clients to you, give you energy to undertake those proactive prospecting techniques you know work and infect other agents in your office.  Create synergy!  Invert the dominant paradigm!  It's a great time to be in the industry.  Embrace it.
