I’m not asking about parallax or situs, that’s easy just step aside and pull them to your spot.

No! I’m talking about two people looking at the same thing; yet seeing something different!

Can you show what can be?

Educating! Can you educate?

I’m talking about sales, selling, sharing ideas, insight and knowledge!

I’ve been teaching real estate, credit, lending and sales for more than four decades, yet I can’t make a salesman! We are born salesman! I can hone a salesman’s inherent inborn skills! Sharpen their innate ability, but I can’t make a salesmen! You are a salesman, but you may not be good or comfortable with sales, that’s a very personal thing!

To me there is only one or two higher callings than real estate and mortgage sales! I’m not talking about hustlers, those biped swine that miss use people skills. No! I’m talking about consumer’s fiduciary agents. I’m talking about those designated dreamers who’s job is to use their skills and experience to aid their clients in decision making and fulfilment! Am I talking about you?

Success is within your grasp if you sincerely reach for it!

Bill it takes talent to be able to convey to others what we know, and help them fine tune skills.  You have the ability to do that which is clearly seen in what you write and the number of years you have been successful doing it.  Keep sharing and teaching, there are many in need of it.

I agree, but the same can be said of children. You know why God inflected us with 11 years of the terrible two's; to prepare us for teenagers.

Parents have tough love, salesmen often face tough educating. The same can be said frequintl by real estate instructors and gurus!
