Lifetime guarantee story.
Fourteen years ago we purchased a new kitchen faucet. Had a lifetime guarantee. A few months ago we call the company, American Standard, to see about a replacement for our old faucet.
After verifying ownership and address, they sent us a new unit. Did not even have to pay shipping charges. That's a promise kept. Nice to know a company that stands by its promise.
Photo below is that of old unit in the sink and new unit installed. Only took this non plumber 45 minutes from start to finish to do the job.
