The second annual Buffalo Niagara Film Festival will be happening March 24-29 in Western New York. Who said all the exciting stuff has to happen in New York City or Los Angeles? Western New York is all excited about the unique film experience that our region plays host coming March 24-29 at the The Riviera Theatre & The Market Arcade Film & Arts Center.
