Nashville TN Donelson and Hermitage area 2013 Home Sales Report

Nashville TN Donelson and Hermitage area home sales have increased this year in both volume and median price!  When considering single family home sales between January and November, the median sale price is up 8.4% from 2012 to 2013!  The median sale price for 2013 surpassed the median sale prices for the past 4 years!  This doesn’t necessarily mean that every home is worth more than previous years but the local market as a whole has greatly improved and is moving out of the down market we’ve experienced the past several years.  Similarly, the sales volume for 2013 has surpassed the volume of 2008.  Also, the median Days on Market has dropped and homes are selling faster than they have in 5 years!
