Just when you think you've heard it all I read an article today about 2 New Jersey Real Estate Agents being sued for having sex in a home on the market in Passaic County. Here's a direct link to the NorthJersey.com article: Suit: Real estate agents used Wayne home for sex. According to the article, it was all recorded on videotape!
I'm just speechless on so many different levels! I'm not sure if they are still actively selling real estate but according to the article, they are no longer independent contractors of the broker they were affiliated with during the time of the sex listing.
I can't help but think these 2 agents took the phrase "Sex Sells" to a whole new level and in fact, sex did NOT sell the home!
Sex Sells or Maybe not.....
This is a pending lawsuit. The agents are innocent until till proven guilty.
