How to "OPT-OUT"

By
Real Estate Agent with Altera Signature Properties

In my first blog I told you how you could opt out of credit card pre-screening to raise your credit scores.  Today, I want to give more Opt-Out options.  Reduce the number of telemarketing calls, the amount of junk mail and more ways to eliminate "pre-approved" credit card offers.  Just think of the ramifications if someone got a hold of one of those "pre-approved" offers and changed your address...bye bye credit score!

This is great information, Jennifer.  It's pretty spooky how many ways there are to get burned by identity theft.  I'm bookmarking this post for future reference.

Thanks Paul!  It sure is!  Thanks for taking the time to read my blog.  Hopefully I will come up with something new to share as soon as I read some more of everyone elses stuff.  I really wasn't sure about what Active Rain was all about so I didn't do much with it after posting this initial blog.
