Small Business Spotlight: Bites Catering Company
We had the opportunity to hire Jean Burke, owner of Bites Catering Company for a client open house that we hosted a few weeks ago. Jean came recommended to us from friend, who is a past client and a local Chamber member.
We wanted to have some heavy appetizers for our guests to enjoy while they were mingling, networking and generally meeting new people. I worked closely with Jean to prepare variety in the menu. Our guests were not disappointed and we didn't have any leftovers, just enough food to keep our guests happy!
Here's our menu:
♥ Sun dried tomato dip with pita chips (the only item I didn't get to try!)
♥ Bruschetta with grilled pepper and goat cheese
♥ Broccoli and cheese pinwheels
♥ Sirloin Sliders (a huge hit!)
♥ Chocolate mousse with berries and sugar
♥ Pumpkin quick bread
