Temple Townhomes is a 44 unit townhome complex located at the southwest corner of Broadway and Temple City Boulevard in the city of Temple City. Built in 1965, the multi-level units feature two or three bedrooms with approximately 1584 square feet. Living rooms with high ceilings have fireplaces and sliding glass door access to private enclosed patios. Other features include: two car garages with direct access to the home, inside laundry rooms, abundant storage and balconies off accessed from the master suite.
The well-maintained professionally Temple Townhome complex has a pool, spa and recreation room on nicely landscaped grounds.
Transportation and shopping is convenient as are schools which are part of the highly regarded Temple City Unified School District.
There are no Temple Townhomes currently on the market for sale. The average price per square foot stands at $278.01.
In 2012, there were three sales ranging in closed price from $369,000 to $428,000 with an average sale price of $396,000(median $391,000). The average price per square foot was $250.00.
