The "Make Some Noisemakers" event will supply the materials needed to create noisemakers to ring in the New Year of 2014. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Campbell Library,

That's great you're announcing a local event for young children.  That's a smart way to appeal to adults who have them.  Making noicemakers, of course, is a very timely activity in preparation for New Year's Eve!
