It's been a great year...it started off slowly, but boy oh boy the market really hit it off right in April, homes just started to sell! Who said 2013 was bad luck? Not for me!

This Adorable Cape will close on 12/30/2013 at my office, which is rare. But we have Attorney's coming from Poughkeepsie and Orange County and we are in the middle.
Very excited to see this cute little house get a make over! It needs some tlc. Can't wait to see how it looks in 6 months...
