Do You Ever Wish You Could Press the Restart Button?

I absolutely feel this way and many times I can't wait until something is over so I can start something fresh and new.

We have an opportunity every day to press the restart button and make a fresh start. With the new year only a day away, people are making resolutions and hoping for a better tomorrow. But hoping is not enough. It takes action and the right attitude to get things turned around and on the right foot. 

Not only in our business worlds do we need to press that restart button but in our personal lives too. Are you living a healthy lifestyle? What about your personal relationships? Are you tending to your personal and intellectual growth? Is your spiritual life being neglected?

It does not have to wait for a new year or the beginning of a month. Pressing the restart button can happen any day of the week and any time of the day. It starts with the desire to do it and a plan to carry it out. Desire alone will not get you there. Why wait another day wishing things were different?

We are in control of the direction we are heading in. Make a mental plan, make a mental commitment, put it in writing and start doing what it is that you have been neglecting. Follow the plan and when things get off track, press the restart button and get back on the right path.
