Mother Nature teased Erie with warm, sunny weather and now she is sending us 'back to winter with a vengeance' with temperatures plummeting and snow squalls so heavy you can't see in front of you.
Oh, well, perhaps this is a great day to curl up in front of a roaring fire
and work on 2014 Business Plan. No, that is already written. Okay, maybe I will just plan that vacation I was dreaming about last night.

Will, yes, we do get a lot and over the next few days will add to the total for season. The skiers are happy.
Seems that no matter where we are, if we're in the top half of the country, winter is far more aggresive than usual.
We're deep in a cold spell. Can't even call it a cold snap. It appears to be set in.
Mary~ I'd like to plan a vacation too. Let's see, where would I like to go in 2014?
Sounds like a beautiful day Mary. In the Albuquerque area we woke to a chilly 26 degrees with blue skies and bright sun. It will warm to the high 40's or hit 50 this afternoon. Typical December weather.
Nothing like waiting till the last minute, but I will be putting in writing what I have planned for 2014. It'll be a rinse and repeat of this year since it brought great results. Happy New Year!

What a difference between the east and west coasts. Sacramento basked in 66 degree temps today. It's been that way for days. We desperately need rain. The Sierras need snow!

Mary, Your post and pic brought back memories of when we lived in Mentor, Ohio. That pic could have been our back yard! We are having a rainy day here today with gray skies and none of our famous Florida sunshine...reminds me of Cleveland weather!
