Four kinds of people, Wow!

I  just finished working with a client who, and I say this humbly, I  could not for the life of me, or anyone else, assure  that the bottom of the real estate market would only be seen in the rear view mirror, and once past,  would be the only way to see the next peak. As I left I was reminded of an old saying which seems to fit not only our clients, but our peer group and all  people in general. It goes like this.  There are those who know and know that they know. These are not always easy people to deal with , but you can. There are those who know and don't know that they know. They are really a pleasure to be around. There are those who know not and know that they know not.   What a joy to help and work for. THEN, there are those who know not and know not that they know not. I confess I just had one.
