Except for a little football it is time to get focused and back on track with the challenges of the new year.Once again we look at pending home sales in the northern Palm Beach County and for a record 9th straight month they have fallen to new lows. As of January 1st the number of homes under contract in the area has dropped another 13% over the past month. These numbers are bearish and coupled with rising inventories point to downward pressure on pricing with sellers facing stiffer competition.
