Palm Beach County Inventory Levels Start to Stabilize

A bit of moderately good news for the local real estate market. For the first time in 5 months the inventory of homes on the market in the northern Palm Beach County region did not increase. As of January 1st there was absolutely no change from month ago numbers. Nothing to shout from the rooftops about and we will watch closely for this trend to reverse itself.

There are still lots of over priced properties and homes in poor condition out there. New listings of well priced homes in good condition that have been properly marketed are still selling very quickly with multiple offers.

Like the weather in south Florida, the real estate market is changing by the minute. If you, your friends, or family are considering the purchase of real estate make sure you understand the numbers relating specifically to any property you are considering. An educated decision is the best one to make and if you need any help throughout Palm Beach and Martin County we invite you to contact us for a complimentary consultation.
