Hi everyone. It's another cloudy chilly March day here in Baltimore.
But I'm not unhappy because the sun is out there somewhere and there's plenty of proof that spring is here-as I look out the window of my home office there are bright blooms out there-happy with there lot and looking like shiny colored pins on a dress.
The "puppies" adore being outside and if I bring them in because its chilly, they just race to the other door of their other dog yard.
Yes dogs take over, once, that little yard was grassy and full of little blue flowers, now its cleared earth where a few weeds will pop up, but thats about it.
Real Estate minute: The things I love about Real Estate are agreed to by every fellow agent and broker I meet. We all love the challenges of helping people fulfill their home buying and selling needs. We get to meet the most fascinating folks and a few pistols too. My latest pistol is a guy who wants the deal to end all deals. He wants to offer a ridiculously low figure because he might get a contract. I've had at least three other buyers in so many months who have the same bluster and no chance in .... of getting their wish. So, when he wants to put in a bid, I let the agent know the offer is lower then the asking price and wait for the response:How low is low? How do you change the perspective of buyers like these? Any voice of experience who gets it done?
Sure there are many desperate sellers out there and some real bargains to be had. Even Macy's gets a somethig for their slashed and slashed again prices. Luckily not all buyers are engossed in the deal frenzy.
I'like to thank all the fellow agents who have welcomed me. The connectivity with so many great folks is a wonderful way for me to travel without leaving my chair.
