A good news for Buyers who cannot make a 20% Down Payment

Here is a very good news for Buyers who cannot make a 20% Down Payment particularly on Jumbo loans. With most lenders requiring 20% Down Payment, the small lenders have become aggressive to offer less Down Payment.

Also, I know a big Lender which is offering a 3% Down Payment to First-Time Homebuyers but offered only on some preferred areas.
