Throughout my tenure with Keller Williams from 2007 to present, I frequently had the opportunity to use my sales skills and I’m proud that we were able to grow the size of business, increase productivity, increase sales, and take over the market share significantly. I enjoy the challenges, responsibility, and goal setting involved in my work, and applying my abilities to real-world situations. I also have proven ability with my people skills, which I am called upon to use on a regular basis.
Before I formed the top producing Kennedy Team at Keller Williams in 2010, I first practiced as an independent agent then furthered my career in real estate as General Manager for The Chappell Team and later on as a Listing Specialist for The Kink Team. Before entering into real estate, I worked in the entertainment industry modeling and acting where I honed the impeccable power of marketing and negotiation. As seen in “Texas Monthly” and recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2011, I am committed to providing unparalleled service to the customer. Buying or Selling a home is an important step and can sometimes be confusing and emotional. My goal is always “under-commit” and “over-deliver” with strong ongoing customer service.
Growing up in The Woodlands and Conroe area has established a deep love and appreciation for the state of Texas, and my familiarity with the area has been invaluable to my career in real estate. Residential real estate is my passion and I work hard to earn the privilege of servicing my clients.
