However, Roanoke's population is expected to crest above the 10,000 mark within the next couple of years, so this loan program will not be available much longer.
An article recently came out from Forbes that suggests that Roanoke TX real estate is set to increase in value around 25% over the next 3 years. This is not surprising. Roanoke home values rose 10% alone in 2013. Don't be surprised if Roanoke home values go up by at least 25% in the next 3 years and possible more.
So with this new home loan program avaialable now, and with home values set to increase so much in the near future, now is the time to buy your Roanoke TX home.
