Buying A House-Building A Home-Developing A Life

There are many things that I love doing as a REALTOR®.   With that being said, the one constant that gives me an appreciation for the work I do; is educating my client and being educated by the client. Especially, the portion of the process that requires active listening to the clients desired lifestyle, in relation to their housing choice.

I am talking about the "heart of the client". That point of engagement that takes you far past school zones and the need to be near to work. I agree that the basics of how many bedrooms, baths, new  or existing home  are important. However, equally important in the process, is helping the client to  define their lifestyle needs.

I have made my home, for many years, in Fayetteville,  North Carolina. As a Military Brat, I am more than aware of what relocating is like.  Trying to search out people, organizations and facilities that best cater to your needs is difficult at times.

I will share a favorite spot of mine. I am a bit of a "Foodie" and a huge fan of great architecture. If you are moving to or just visiting my hometown, please stop by Marquis Market in downtown Fayetteville. The organic offerings, local honey and Sunday Jazz Brunch  cannot be beat. Who knows? Maybe I will see you there.

Yup Shontae, you couldn't be more correct about how we as Realtors just really listen to our clients needs and see if we can match them as close as possible...the sunday jazz brunch sounds delightful ;)
