One of the best things about beginning a new year is the ability to make a fresh start. Sometimes we have to ask ourselves tough questions when reflecting on the past year in order to have renewed focus for the future.
Some of those questions may include:
1. What were my successes in the past year?
2. What were my failures in the past year?
3. What will I do differently this year?
4. What can I do to reach full potential this year?
The answers to these and other questions make us realize that no one is perfect and we must not dwell on past mistakes and failures but rather find ways to do things differently.
Making reasonable goals you can achieve, both short term and long term, gives energy to the road ahead. Become the person you strive to be by making changes that will enhance your life. This will give a sense of gratification and inspire you to achieve far and above what you initially expected!
