Realtors with four wheel drive or not, we are out there showing and listing homes. Did you know that a Realtor can purchase one pair of boots, a year, for a tax expense? That benefit comes in handy, in New England! Access to the homes can be tricky. Arriving before your clients, to make sure the path is ready, is a good practice. Some homes have neighbors that are taking care of the sidewalks and driveways, when the seller is not able to or has moved out. Others, well, we make a path.
Some clients will wait for that "magic spring market" while others, want to list now! The snow is a driving force for some. They just want to move to a warmer climate. Can't blame them, I love to vacation in Florida.
We are having a Broker Tour, next week. Two of my listings will be featured. It's always good to have other agents, offer their advice on your listings. Sort of like, an open house for agents:) Some bankers come along, sometimes, too! We meet early in the morning. Grab the list and usually, carpool. Better chance of not getting lost! Even with navigation tools, some roads just are not on the maps!
