Alpine, CA Homes for Sale have seen a decrease in inventory as we closed out the year. For most of 2013 we held steady at 43 or so houses on the market. In the last couple months we have risen to over 70 and now as we start 2014 we are at 57. Are we going to see more houses as everyone gets back to work after the holidays? I hope so, it seems the buyers are out and ready, my phone has become hot with anxious buyers looking for something to purchase after the drought of the holidays. The median sales price for Alpine, CA Homes for Sale was up to $565,900 in December 2013 compared to $430,000 in November 2013 and $365,000 December 2012.
