Staging is so important in today's market.  With literally hundreds of listings in your city, and neighborhood, it takes a move in ready property to make a lasting impression on a buyer that has seen multiple listings the same day they are viewing your home.  Stage+Shine+Show=SELL is a true advantage over other Staging companies.

No one wants to buy your dirt, so deep cleaning is a MUST!  This is not your typical Molly Maid clean.  This is SPARKLE LIKE NEW CLEAN!  It is a time consuming, and often times, dirty job, but someone has to do it!  We can help you produce a move in ready property for sellers.

Some free tips for Agents & Sellers:

1.) Remove all screens from windows on the first floor and front of home on the second floor.  You will be amazed      as to how much light it allows in!

2.) Windex wipes are wonderful for the morning rush to wipe sinks, counters, and mirrors.

3.) Keep a Magic Erase Bar handy.  Using it after a shower on the glass doors will strip all residue from the surface.

4.) Keep all toilet lids closed.

5.) Edit items from cupboards and donate items to leave "white space" for buyer's to envision their own products on the shelf.

6.) Do not cook with strong spices or food (broccoli, fish) when selling.  You will be surprised how long smells linger!

7.) Use a shammy to make sinks and faucets to sparkle.  You can purchase them at Wal-Mart for $2

8.) Wood floors sparkle with a cotton mop and Windex!  Try it!

Staging & Shining Surfaces are sure to please Buyers in any market!
