Auto Assure LLC - Interstate National Dealer Service Inc. BUYER BEWARE

I recently incurred a problem on one of my important Real Estate Tools – my car. Yes, I had the dreaded misfortune of having the fan along with its adjacent parts explode at the same time. I had hope of it not being too expensive, as I did purchase a car warrantee last year from Auto Assure LLC, administrated by Interstate National Dealer Services LLC. I had purchased the warrantee for peace of mind, in fact upon receiving the warrantee  information booklet, right on the front of the book read -“ Peace of mind “ . I found this not true.

Upon having the car towed to a garage, the mechanic called Auto Assure LLC and explained the situation. Auto Assured then replied they would only cover 10% of the almost $2,000 in repairs. I obviously was shocked and called Auto Assure LLC of which an Interstate National Dealer Service Inc. operator explained the coverage and only one part was covered. I am now faced with making a claim against Interstate National Dealer Services Inc,

I am curious on your thoughts.. if the fan on the furnace cracks and breaks the furnace  the home warrantee covers the majority of the cost of the new furnace – right. So like wise if a fan breaks on a car, should the warrantee cover the associated broken parts ??

I would relish your comments!!!

Insurance companies will try to get out of paying all claims. That is their job. Reading the policy in depth and applying it to the situation is your only hope. They will interpret it in their favor every time.

Every policy is different, I have not heard of home owners covering a furnace issue like you describe.

I NEVER buy warranty coverage that isn't from the manufacture of the car.   I seldom buy any insurance for things I buy.  I find I save a lot more than the expenses of what does break
