The Uxbridge Real Estate Market activity slowed in December as anticipated but still showed improvement over 2012. Year to date home sales were up by slightly over 4% and up just over 15% when comparing December this year with 15 sales to December last year with 13 sales - See more here

In looking at the Uxbridge year to date sales figures compared to last month we see:

• YTD sales are up 4.08% from last year - up 15.38% for the month over last year
• YTD sales volume is up 8.60% from last year - up 45.23% for the month over last year
• YTD average sale price up 4.35% from last year - up 27.85% for the month over last year
