Kauai REO Properties for Sale:

1. 2911 Waa Road, Lihue.  I was told today to list this 2 bedroom 1 bath fixer home in Lihue. The bank assumed my occupancy status from 2012 had not changed. It was filled with personal property. So there may be a delay. The list price is $197,000. No MLS # yet. Owned/Serviced by Nationstar REO.

Kauai REO back on the market:

1. 3661 Ilima Place, Lawaii. 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the Lawai Hillside Subdivision. Reduced from $429,900 to $409,900. MLS#267151. This is a Fannie Mae REO.

Theres not a whole lot of Kauai REO activity the first week of January 2014, but I wanted to give my readers and clients first crack of the upcoming REO I should have in the MLS soon. Let me know if it interests you.
