How To Use Trello as a small CRM and Project Management - Video Tutorial

Are you looking for a simple solution to keep track of your contacts, leads and customers? If you are a listing agent especially working in a high end neighborhood you most likely don't have hundreds of leads nor thousands of contacts that would likely be your next listing. So you may want something much more focused on a select amount of contacts.

If you are a buyers agent or have buyers agents that you are giving leads to you need something more robust like Market Leader. If you want to know how we use our Market Leader system, please email me, I would be happy to show you how.

Trello is a free. Here is the link to Trello. There are very few reasons to upgrade to a paid version, however they do offer a business class and a gold class. But for most people, they can use the free version of Trello.

Trello is a great project management app that can be used for many different things in your home and in your business. We use Trello for remodeling our home. We use it for homeschool projects and household chores. We use it to run our company projects on and keep track of listing syndication projects.

I created this video tutorial below to show you how easy it is to set a Trello board up as a CRM, contact management system.

Trello is very beneficial to visual learners and tactical learners. I don't like spreadsheets. They drive me crazy. But I love the boards and cards that you use on Trello. It is visually appealing to me. You can use it on your desktop, iPad and iPhone. I like the app for it on the phone.

I go to Lowe's and snap a photo of something I want for the home and add it right into my home remodeling board. We went to Ikea and we took photos of the furniture and kitchen cabinets we want to buy and then placed them on my Trello board for Ikea hacks in home remodeling.

I recommend that you sign up for Trello through your gmail account; that way it is very easy to login and you can also email directly from Trello- it will open your default email program.

For Listing Experts Academy I will be doing a tutorial on how to set up your listing syndication board. Our VA team is being trained to use Trello so shortly they will be able to run your tasks in Trello for you.

How to use Trello for CRM  I get credits, no money, just credits towards their gold service if you use my link. Since I don't use the gold version it really does not matter to me however I like to keep track of who is getting Trello because of my recommendation.

Katerina I've never heard of Trello but it sounds like my kind of CRM. We do have one in place that is quite specific but I'm always open to new, updated versions like this one. Thanks for the info!

Anna- I like Trello best for project management. It is super easy and very visual. I have one board for our living room remodel and it keeps me very organized even with the home:)

Katerina, I have not heard of Trello, but it sounds like something that could be useful to me. I thought the video  was excellent, made it look so easy. I am going to see if I can incorporate Trello into my business.

I'm curious if you still fancy Trillo. I just downloaded the app, but noticed that the rating  and popularity are lower comparing to other similar Apple apps.

I use it all the time! I run my entire company on Trello.

One of the top business consultants who consults huge auto manufacturers, has them using Trello! even for shipments, and assembly lines, etc.

I use the desktop version most of the time. The one on my iPhone is fine, but I have so many clients and moving parts, it is much easier on my desktop with multiple tabs open, etc.
