Let's open the new year with a special show just for our beloved rookies!
The WWJAHD shows are based on the question of "What Would Jennifer Allan-Hagedorn Do ?" where I respond to YOUR real estate-related dilemmas from MY perspective as the Author of Sell with Soul. I'm an expert in my own opinion :-) so of course, when asked a question about What Should Be Done, I tend to answer it as if I were the one in the situation.
So, that's what this next SWS teleseminar show is all about, but for this particular program, we'll be addressing concerns related to the rookie experience - that is - questions and dilemmas posed by the newer members of our fine industry. We can cover quite a bit of territory in our hour together, and feel free to email me with suggestions of what you'd like to see addressed in this show or in an upcoming one.
Here are some of the subjects I'll be addressing:
"Is it possible to ease into real estate and keep my current job to pay the bills?"
"Most the people I know live out of the area. How do I market my real estate business to them?"
"I'm new to town and don't know anyone. Can I still succeed with a sphere of influence business model?"
"How do I choose a broker? (and related) "I think I chose the wrong broker, should I switch offices? And if so, how do I do that gracefully?"
"As a new agent with so much to do, what should I focus on?" and related "How do I find the balance between serving my clients and lead generating activities?"
"I'm only 25 so none of my friends are buying real estate yet. Can I still succeed even though my SOI probably won't be a source of business for me?
"I'm only 25 (Part 2) - how can I get older people to take me seriously?"
"What should I be spending my money on as a new agent?"
"An agent in my office wants me to join her team. Do you think it's the right thing for me to do?"
"I have my first listing appointment this week! How do I respond if I'm asked how much experience I have?"
Sound like fun? It does to me! Hope to see you there!
