In California, we would call the absorption rate a percentage of closed sales versus homes for sale and months of inventory would be how long it would take to sell the number of homes presently on the market compared to closed sales but it looks like you guys do things differently in Tennessee.

Elizabeth - I'm usually pretty good at math and 567 listed homes and 171 sold during the month equals 3.36 months of inventory. I guess we must have a different version of excel here.
