Happy New Year everyone! Just wanted you to know that we have changed the name of our Company from Mary Thompson Appraisals to Lanier Appraisal Service. Please make a note of it and our website address which is :

Nothing else has changed about our Services, We still appraise ALL single family homes in Hall, Gwinnett and Forsyth Counties in North Georgia as well as all Lake Lanier Homes.

    I like your new name, Mary!  I am partial, because "Lanier" is one of our family names.  My great-great grandfather was a Lanier; he was a cousin of the poet Sidney Lanier (for whom Lake Lanier is named).

Thanks Patty! We have had really good fortune over the past few years. We just wanted to change the name from my name to a more Wide reaching name and since we specialize in Lake Lanier property, it just seemed that was a logical choice.
