I just read an excellent post by Tina Parker, Did The Internet Change The Approach of Your Marketing Message? It's about how the internet has changed marketing technique....Push advertising vs. Pull advertising.
Tina raises a good question, and yet she only has a couple of comments, both from home stagers. I am surprised that no agents have chimed in.
I think the post deserves more attention, but it's "Members Only" so I can't reblog it.
