Does your business serve good coffee --- or is it ground tree bark?

Real Estate Agent with RETIRED 200305001

This post will probably ruffle some feathers. Its all my opinion and not that of the company I work for.

The question is, Does your business serve good coffee or is it "ground tree bark"? I have so many businesses I go into, that offer me coffee. I usually turn it down including the coffee at my office because it taste like "tree bark"  I must mention I am NOT a coffee connoisseur

We spend so much time trying to polish our image from office curb appeal to how we dress and conduct ourselves at the work place. How about serving decent coffee if you are serving coffee?

Heck, anything that does not taste like lukewarm water with a brown crayon dipped in it works for me. Coffee, rock music have helped me crank up the pace of the list, market, sell (repeat) and gotten me this far over the last 34 years. Spoiled with Tim Horten's coffee being this close to Canada, 1.5 miles away. Boy that stuff is like rocket fuel and can almost cause you to levitate, walkon water. To fly on its vapors to listings, closings, the rest of the real estate dog and pony merry go round of daily actitives.

Office coffee burning all day long like thick tar for fixing a roof leak like you see at the local tire outlets waiting area is not the way we roll. Have lots of high end candy and even though I don't have a sweet tooth, folks go ga ga over the sugar treats. Come on kids, let's have another and see if it puts mom and dad over the top can happen though.

My one cup early in the a.m. is all I can have, (it exacerbates Vertigo) so I want a GOOD one cup a day.

I prowl the coffee isles of grocers to buy GOOD coffee when it's on sale.

I also have a good friend in Hawaii who sends me superior coffee.  When someone comes to my home and ask for coffee, they will get a GOOD cup.

This is far more important to coffee lovers than non-coffee drinkers would understand.

Good morning Rob. Leave it to you. This cracked me up but I do absolutely agree with you. Kind od like some people, if they aren't good, why bother. :)

Rob, I don't drink coffee after my early morning cups so I don't know first hand how ours is. But people drink it all day so I would assume....

Rob - Ours is pretty good actually! I am sure it has to be better than tree bark, but then again, I have never tried any.
