South College Heights is another of the mid 1960's-to early 1970's neighborhoods that I just really like Once again a lot of brick ranches with basements and bi-levels. Plus most have garages (1 or 2 car) and the lots are a good size. The neighborhood is adjacent to grocery stores, elementary and middle schools, bike paths and parks. The neighborhood is very centrally located within the City.

South College Heights is a popular Neighborhood and it shows with the strength of it’s Real Estate Market! South College Heights had a pretty good year in 2013! The total Volume (dollar values) increased to $6,070,850 (up 30% from 4,897,000). The Average Price increased to $240,374 (up 3% from $233,190). The Median Price increased to $239,000 (up 5% from $227,500). The number of homes sold increased to 29 homes (up 28% from 21 sales). All of these upward moving trends when our For Sale Inventory (over 3 years from 2010) is down just over 48%!!
With our current lack of Inventory in South College Heights I expect the prices to continue to move upward.
