Smooth Transaction

By
Real Estate Agent with REMAX Allgiance
When property gets a ratified contract on it,  everyone hopes for a smooth transaction.  Sadly, that is not always the case, because the transaction includes other professionals like lenders and title agents that have their work to do as well.  I have developed relationships with other professionals in the industry in order to recommend them to my clients that need them.  Sometimes they come with their own lender and attorneys, which is fine.
In all cases it is important to keep the lines of communication open in order that everyone understands the nuances of the transaction and if a problem does arise it can be solved in a timely manner.  I also encourage my clients to ask any questions no matter how trivial they may seem, as it creates more understanding and less suspicion.

Sally - YOu are right having open communication helps so much, it makes the transaction so much harder when one of the professionals is not working well with others.

Sally. You are correct. I have found to be in contact with the clients at least two times a week. If I have bad new, I call them as soon as possible. Good post. Royal..

It takes quite a few people all working together to get to the closing table.  Many people don't realize this.

Our experiences teach us how to avoid many pitfalls. There are, however, those unexpected surprises that come from the lack of communication. Good post.

Sally, good advice. Open communication will solve a lot of problems before they surface.

Good Post!
