I am embarrassed to say that I have not blogged for a bit. I took some time to spend with my adult children who were home for the break. My real new year began on Monday when the last kid left.
I also lost my computer by tripping over the cord and had to connect it to an old monitor that was hard to use. Now I am on my sleek machine and caught up and blogging again.
I start the year with a listing a pending and a client. Not too bad. I am getting worried about the client because they have time now but do not seem to want to settle. They think about things so long that the good ones are gone before they bid.
I think I will preview homes this afternoon. Maybe I can find a set of good homes. I will try to write tomorrow
