Property management isn't in my job description.  I suppose that people may assume that the agent should do that for them.  I think that working with investors is a whole different ballgame than owner occupied homes.

Correct Marge, that was one of our biggest issues in Florida where most owners are foreign and unable to oversee their investments. But it got to a point where this became a full time job. There is a lot involved in management.

We work with other brokerages as a support tool, this way the agents can focus on sales and keep their rental and sale listings.
