Wow! It's hard to believe that I am starting the third week of the new year. Gee, how time is fun when I'm on the fly. Fly I must because all too soon the spring selling season will be upon me and I must be ready.
Thankfully, sales in this area are holding strong and there are several inspections on the books for next week. This is a welcomed indication that the local economy is doing well and folks are wanting to live their American dream. All the indications from the local boards foretell strong steady growth for the upcoming year.
