So often clients come in with a print out of a house or maybe several; to see and quickly you can see NONE of them will work. That's why I like to ask the question. ?what intrigues you about this house""? It gives you the answer to what they are looking for. As-we know, they seldom buy what they thought they wanted. Your thoughts?
