If you are in Mesquite,Nevada and looking for good Italian food, try Hugo's Hilltop Restaurant. My personal favorite meal is the chicken picatta. Hugo pounds the chicken into thin filets and adds the perfect amount of lemon and capers. The meal starts with warm, sliced baguettes. Each meal is accompanied by a cup of creamy tomato basil soup and a salad. There are two choices of dressings, creamy Italian and Balsamic. I love the Balsamic as it has additional herbs to give it just the right amount of flavor. The seafood dishes are fresh and delicious, as well. Are you in the mood for a perfectly cooked filet steak? If so, order one of Hugo's fabulous steaks here. Request it plank-style (not on the menu). It will come out on a warm plank surrounded by vegetables.
