Market reports are popular with buyers and sellers alike. Everyone wants to know what the market is doing! I've been writing mine since 2010, (soon after I signed up with AR). I soon found out that rows of data makes for a pretty dry user experience and it didn't take long for me to start adding charts. They've been a hit since the beginning and my market reports always come up as a topic of conversation when I meet with clients who find me through my blog.

I often get questions from agents too who wonder how I manage to make my charts look so different with a photo in the background and that kind of thing. For the longest while I've wanted to check out one of those screen casting sites to create a video of my desktop. Today was the day - And as it turns out it couldn't have been easier than it was with Screenr

Of course, apparently time is moving along without me. I call this a video tutorial of how to create a chart with a primary axis and secondary axis. These days it seems it's called a screen cast. Oh well. I wasn't about to start over just to change that...

Here's an example of one of my charts on a blog post: Market Trends in North Liberty
