Your comment made me laugh as I remember a meeting last fall. I met my clients there at 7:00 am to sign the offer as it was near their office and they had to be there at 8:00 am. Couldn't email it to them as they were out of ink so we met at 7. I arrived at 7:00 am sharp and they had ordered breakfast and there was plates and cups and teapots/coffee pitchers everywhere. We did get the offer signed but it was a little tricky keeping it clean.

Funny you should mention that as it was Sunday night when you wrote this but now on Friday and Saturday, they are open all night. No time like the present to get that offer signed and submitted. I am sure IHOP's are good investments.
