Sold – Mobile Home in Colonial Manor, Venice FL

This cute well maintained, move in ready furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath 1 carport mobile home has a large Florida room, large laundry room and storage shed. The new owner can relax and enjoy the beautiful and peaceful fountain and lake views with birds walking around or swimming in the lake and trees complete with park serenity from the living room and Florida room.

It is just a few minutes’ drive to banking, shopping, restaurants, Venice downtown and beaches. Also, the Legacy Trail is minutes away for biking, jogging, roller skating, running and walking.

Both buyer and seller achieved their goal and walked away happily with a thankful heart. I am glad that they were very satisfied with my performance because I had both sides of the transaction.
