Introducing www.realestategroupfortlauderdale.com!
A fistful of dollars and many hours of editing and learning SEO content words and HTML coding has helped me reach my goal of establishing my own professional website.
Readers of this blog may know the company I helped to establish, Broward County RE Group, LLC. A company which purchases homes and/or property in and around the Fort Lauderdale area, renovates or builds new and relists the properties for profit. This website is the home for both Broward County RE Group, LLC. and my full-service real estate business with Galt Ocean Realty.
Visitors of the website can view the latest projects Broward County RE Group have completed and are currently working on. There is a contact section for interested parties to receive more information.
One feature of the website of which I'm very proud is the IDX search map feature. On any number of pages on the site -- and any designated search page -- visitors will have up-to-date full MLS search capabilities that rival Trulia and Zillow. And the map makes it easy to pick your favorite areas and locations.
I have also created pages for specific searches of several different areas of Fort Lauderdale. You can view all the Galt Ocean Realty office listings, pull up a search of short sales and foreclosures or see what listings I have featured at any given moment.
Another handy feature of the website is the Lifestyle Finder demographic tool. With this visitors can quickly pull up school information, lists of local businesses and other demographic information for searchable areas of South Florida.
Visitors can set up property E-mail alerts, value their own properties and calculate mortgage payments all from the Resources section of the website.
All in all, I'm pretty happy with the way the website turned out. That is where I need your help, the ActiveRain.com community. Please visit www.realestategroupfortlauderdale.com and peruse the site. Then come back here and give me your thoughts, comments, criticisms, etc. I would really appreciate it.
Oh, and feel free to comment on the website as well. There is even a blog section where I post all my Active Rain blogs!
